Community member authentication
Community members (end users of tenant sites) authenticate using a Bearer token stored in the browser's localStorage, not in cookies. This is a client-side storage mechanism used solely for maintaining the logged-in session. It is not sent automatically with every request and is not accessible to third parties.
Third-party cookies
We do not use any third-party cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising trackers, or any other third-party tracking technology. When you use features that involve third-party services (such as Stripe for payments or Zoom for video), those services may set their own cookies according to their own policies. We encourage you to review Stripe's cookie policy and Zoom's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies at any time. Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to the platform. Since we don't use any non-essential cookies, there is nothing to opt out of.
